Lovro Paić-Antunović was born in 1987. in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2011. he acquired Master of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing with thesis on subject of evolution of automatic robot control using parallel genetic programming. During college and high school he worked for an American company Intrinsic Therapeutics as a researcher and developer in the field of clinical testing of implants used for prevention of the reherniation of the spine. After college he started working for IN2 on project for Microsoft Kinect called KinectIN2 which received award for “most technologically advanced” solution on Microsoft stack in 2012. He designed and implemented computer vision module for quality control software for all Croatian travel documents which has so far been used in production of over 3.7 million documents. He worked on a number of other research and business projects such as e-consultations project used by all Croatian ministries and some government bodies, tariff and options calculator/recommender for Croatian telecom regulatory agency (HAKOM), integration of Croatian Visa system into Schengen etc. He likes to spend his spare time doing sports which he refuses to call “extreme”.
